Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Private Tutoring by Mr. Oudai collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares personal information when people browse the Platform, send guest enquiries, create accounts, manage tutor listings, use whiteboards, use recording tools, or use invoice and receipt features.
Account, Guest, and Profile Data
We collect account details such as name, email address, optional phone number, account role, notification preferences, and optional profile pictures. Guest enquirers may provide an email address so the Platform can send a secure message-board link.
For tutors, we collect listing details such as display name, headline, biography, subjects or tutoring areas, learner groups, availability, rates, contact settings, credential review status, and membership state.

Messaging, Whiteboards, Recordings, Invoices, and Analytics
We collect enquiry messages, guest message-board email addresses, moderation events, message activity, whiteboard session data, live stream signaling metadata, recording metadata and files, shared lesson-board links, PDF export metadata, membership invoice records, tutor-created invoice records, receipt records, recorded payment history, and analytics events such as tutor profile views and enquiry activity.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the service, deliver secure message links, provide tutor tools, support live teaching and lesson records, verify requested membership invoices, send invoice and receipt emails, support troubleshooting, enforce legal documents, moderate abuse, and understand how the Platform is being used.
Visibility and Sharing
Tutor listing information may be shown publicly in the directory when a tutor chooses to be listed and the profile is approved or otherwise visible under Platform rules. Learner and guest enquiry information is not shown publicly.
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only when needed to run the Platform, when a workflow is designed to share it with another user, with service providers acting on our behalf, during support or moderation review, or when disclosure is required by law.
Retention and Security
Whiteboard public links are available for 30 days after a board ends. Tutor dashboard PDF copies are retained for 12 months unless deleted earlier under Platform rules. Recordings are retained for 24 hours so tutors can download them before expiry. Sensitive credential files are encrypted and restricted to admin review workflows.

Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
You may contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, legal compliance, auditability, dispute handling, or legitimate operational needs.
