You do not need an account to search the directory or send your first enquiry. If the relationship continues, the tutor can invite your household to a free account for connected records.

Before paying a tutor

You arrange and pay for lessons directly with the tutor.

A directory listing does not make a tutor an employee, agent, partner, affiliate, or representative of Private Tutoring by Mr. Oudai. You and the tutor agree the lesson, cancellation, refund, and payment terms.

Lesson payments stay between you and the tutor. The Platform does not collect, hold, transfer, refund, insure, or guarantee money paid for tutoring sessions. Tutor payments for optional Platform membership are separate.

If an agreed session is not delivered, the dispute remains between you and the tutor. The Platform can receive a report and may respond to valid legal process for records it lawfully holds, but it does not reimburse or recover lesson payments or decide the dispute.

When a tutor explicitly issues an invoice, its billing terms and saved sender and client details are permanently locked. Issued invoices and receipts keep canonical snapshots and integrity fingerprints, while the public verification tool lets any recipient check the platform record without signing in. Recorded payments remain auditable and mistakes are corrected by reversal rather than rewriting history.

Verification confirms the document matches the platform record; it does not guarantee lesson outcomes or independently confirm an external bank transaction.
